The idea of therapy can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. If you’re dealing with something heavy that you might not have the tools to work through on your own just yet, I’m here to help. I’m someone who can help you vent, work through trauma, heal relationships, and find easier ways to get through the day. If you can’t focus, have trouble communicating, can’t seem to feel fulfilled and in control of your life, I’m here.
I have 6 years of experience working with children, young adults, families, couples, and others, healing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and more. My approach is relaxed, yet thorough, and is focused on what each client needs individually. I use evidence-based modalities and include brain and body science education to help you understand yourself better. My goal is to help find what peace and progress can look like in your life. At your pace, we can safely challenge your obstacles and learn how to maintain more control, resilience, and fulfillment. When we reach our end, you take with you the confidence to continue these efforts and a toolbox of mental health strategies to do so.
If you have any concern about being safe in your identity in therapy, please know that I strive to create an inclusive environment for all clients, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, all relationship types, all religions, and all states of ability. I'm always open to creating accommodations for access and sensory comfort upon request as well. Outside of practicing therapy, I like doing advocacy and activism, crafts, gardening, cooking, and going to estate sales and thrift shops!
