It is my belief that all of us have an innate value and are worthy of being seen, heard, and understood. In my experience, authentic connection with another person is a key component of what makes therapy effective. I am curious to learn more about your unique perspective and life experiences. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with four years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am EMDR trained. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, and aware of the mind and body connection, as well as being relational and collaborative. I specifically focus on identifying and building on your strengths in order to help support you in living a more fulfilling and peaceful life. I seek to provide a calm, compassionate, safe, and non-judgemental atmosphere. All are welcome in my practice! My clinical interests include perinatal mental health and supporting individuals who are navigating changing roles in their life, caregiving stress, relationship concerns, grief, and trauma.
