Sometimes we need support to find our voice. I’m an MSW intern who has spent my career supporting others through empowering and empathetic listening. I have worked with diverse populations including the disabled, unhoused, LGBTQIA, and survivors of trauma. I’m skilled in safety planning and evidence-based interventions including CBT and narrative therapy. I have skills in antioppressive practice and I’m continually learning more about cultural differences to understand how to help my clients with what they’ve experienced in their lives. I’m interested in working with individuals and couples who have experienced hardship, loss, and grief.
