Each individual’s path to mental well-being is as personal as it is unique. No matter the challenges you’re navigating, remember, you don’t have to face them alone. In my counseling sessions, I offer a soft-spoken and empathetic approach. I believe that therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. My priority lies in creating a supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, process their experiences, and develop healthy coping strategies.
I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I am an LGBTQIA+-affirming and neurodivergent-friendly therapist dedicated to providing inclusive and affirming care to all clients. As each individual’s circumstances are unique, I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs and goals of each client. Some of the modalities I am trained in include dialectical-behavior therapy (DBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my partner, playing online video games with friends, and listening to music. I like quiet, cozy days where I can snuggle on the couch with my cat, Keno.
